Rachael has been teaching since 2016 focusing on yin and restorative yoga along with teaching Pilates for strength and balance.   Her classes are open to all and are relaxed and welcoming. You’ll not be expected to be flexible (it’s a work in progress for most people) and you’ll leave relaxed with a smile.
