Morgan is a Yin Yoga teacher and believes in teaching functionally and working with our unique bodies and anatomy to ensure we get the most from each pose. Morgan’s background is in Psychology and she has an MSc in Psychological Therapies which has grown her belief in the importance of the body-mind connection. At the moment Morgan mainly teaches individuals who do high intensity exercise to help them improve their own range of motion, assist with recovery and injury and begin to see the impact of mental state on performance.  The Yin in their Yang lifestyles. Morgan offer an inclusive, fun and adaptive approach to Yoga and hope’s that you leave her classes feeling more flexible and relaxed in both your body and mind.
