I've been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. Last few years my favourite style is Forrest Yoga. It has helped me to heal my own injuries and I can see it's magic affect on my students every day. Forrest Yoga is a wonderful tool and the most therapeutic style of Yoga I know. Safe, strengthening practice that can be tailored for every practitioner. I could talk for hours about all the benefits and all there is to gain from this practice but I’ve found personal experience is always the best ‘spokesperson’ :)
