Exploring your movement capacity in the natural world.

Develop your balance, proprioception, and connection to your environment while learning to evaluate and improve the capacity of your body to move.

We will learn techniques to explore the objects in nature around us as we learn to move over, under and around them in new ways.

We will explore our sense of play as we learn how to safely experiment with movement.

From lying to standing: A playful exploration of the relationship between space and connection.

Working with a partner to explore slow, simple movement and body awareness.
An invitation to be curious about slowing down, listening deeply and attending to each moment. In this workshop we will notice the un-noticed, develop the language of feeling and recognise the potential in giving yourself permission to move.

Sue will also be offering Craniosacral Therapy – healing through compassionate touch, exploration of experiences held in the body’s tissues and deepening connection to vitality and health that is always available but often overshadowed.

 A large warm circle of folk sitting close, sharing cacao in their own reusable cups, moving through guided yoga as well as intuitive body-led gesture. Connecting through breath meditation, conscious earthing practice and building individual offerings in mandala form to give gratitude and bless the land. Weaving movement and stillness in balance, sensing vital energy, emptying and refilling our metaphorical cup of care and self-love.

Getting Strong Without a Gym
In this class we will examine exercises and techniques to build functional strength without all the machines and gear companies try to say you need.

We will look at developing mobility as well as full-body strength with progressions to adapt movements to your body's current capacity.

In addition to learning proper body mechanics to maintain form, we will discuss working towards strength goals, avoiding injury, and making your training fun.
