Explore the beauty at Ardkinglas, as we take our time walking and tuning into our senses- the sights, smells, sounds, sensations and even tastes.  Class will begin with a short story to introduce mindful walking,  then we will do a few yoga stretches, go on our walk ,  gather back together for a short guided group mindful activity  and then to finish  we will have time to share the highlights of  what we experienced on our walk. Great family/ all ages activity.
