Messy, Luminous Meditation

A nurturing, beautiful approach to finding mental space in our lives that we can embrace within the messy realities of busy modern life. Bringing together a decade of studying and practicing a tradition of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and my experience as a mother of two wild gorgeous boys, a never-ending To Do List and the inevitable "attempting to do all the things", this is a workshop about how to bring meditation in. To incorporate it into our messy realities rather than insisting we must step away from our lives in order to practice. This is about making space for our inner lives and luminous selves without requiring our lives to be different than they are. This is about leaning into an approach that feels nurturing and something that fills us up rather than something we know we should do but rarely find the time. If you want to bring meditation into your life, or are frustrated by an irregular practice, it would be so wonderful to have you along!
